1. Eligibility for Returns
- You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible, items must be:
- Unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- In the same condition as received.
- For health and safety reasons, opened or used nutrition products, supplements, or personal care items cannot be returned.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Opened or used products.
- Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales (unless defective).
- Gift cards or vouchers.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- We may request photos or videos as proof of damage.
- Once confirmed, we will provide a replacement at no extra cost or issue a refund.
4. Refunds Process
- After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error or a defective product).
5. Exchanges
